Tamil Thailaivas goes into half-time with a slight lead as their defense showed a great performance and stopped the star raider Pawan and induced six tackle points in the first half.

Pawan gave a flying start to the game with quick raid points and an early advantage for Telugu but then Narendra Kandola won 7 touch points to pull back his team and later issued an all-out for Telugu.
