It was a rough day for Manush Shah, who lost all his three matches in mixed doubles, men's doubles, and men's singles to bring an abrupt end to his World Championships campaign in Doha.

Shah was also called for "hidden" serves in two of the three matches he played. Read more about it here.

The Ayhika-Sutirtha Mukherjee duo, too, had their campaign in women's doubles cut short.

Diya Chitale and Yashashwini Ghorpade, the young Indian women's doubles pair, though had a day to remember. They move into the pre-quarterfinals or R16 with a 3-1 win over the pair from Singapore.
