That's the end of the first half which started on a slow note but then Northeast United showed their strength and built up a few dangerous attacks, especially from the runs of Jithin M.S. on the left flank.

However, they couldn't convert those chances because of a few off-target shots.

Indian Army after this survival, tried to put pressure on the Northeast United in the final 15 minutes of the half. They also had a few good chances but all were denied by the excellent goalkeeping of Gurmeet.

The scoreline is still at a stalemate at half time and both teams will now try to use their substitutes in the second half to bolster their attack and book a place in the semis.
