India's Gyaneshwari Yadav heads into the clean and jerk in second place after a flawless snatch campaign.

Gyaneshwari successfully lifted 88kg across her three attempts, trailing only Nigeria's Onome Omolola Didih, who topped the snatch standings with 93kg. Canada's Rebeka Groulx sits third with 83kg.

With a 5kg deficit to the leader, the clean and jerk is set up for an exciting battle for the medals.
