Men's C2 3000m para-cycling event about to begin!

Arshad Shaik will be taking part in heat one as a solo cyclist. 

Remember, it is all about the timings at para-cycling. 

The first and second place in the qualifying rounds will compete in the gold medal race, whereas the third and fourth-placed cyclists will compete in the bronze medal race.
