Athletics, Decathlon, High Jump: Tejaswin Shankar wins the men's high jump event

Tejaswin comfortably finished the men's high jump event at top position with a leap of 2.15m, earning 944 points from the event.

Being his best event in the decathlon, Tejaswin must have wanted more from this event, having a personal best of 2.29m.

However, he still won the event with a good 15-centimetre lead over the next competitor and is now in second position with 3502 points after four of the 10 events.
