Boxing: Ankush Panghal storms into semi-finals, assures India of another medal!

India's Ankush Panghal booked his place in the men's 80kg semi-finals with a 5-0 unanimous decision victory over Jade Micock of Seychelles in the quarter-finals.

The Indian boxer dominated the contest from the opening bell, winning all three rounds to secure a comprehensive victory. With the result, Ankush has assured India of at least a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games 2026.
