PV Sindhu emerged as the winner while HS Prannoy, unfortunately, lost out in the final. Both players were brilliant however and showed no signs of fatigue despite playing for 5 days straight.
This also brings us to the end of our coverage of the BWF Swiss Open 2022. We thank you for having been patient with us and look forward to seeing you in other BWF tournaments this year.
Until then, take care!
21-12, 21-18 is the final core as HS Prannoy goes down fighting to his opponent. He did really well in Game 2 but it was not enough to secure a much needed comeback.
Prannoy needs to act now and slow Christies game down to recover the necessary 5 points.
Prannoy knows the importance of this Game and has ket at it since the beginning of Game 2. He needs to recover soon and take the lead earlier if he is to salvage the overall Game score.
20-10 and Prannoy has a tough catch up game to play for a recovery of 10 point.s
