Kidambi Srikanth comes in for HS Prannoy

Kidambi Srikanth replaces HS Prannoy in the Indian lineup today following the latter's straight game loss against Chou Tein Chen on Sunday. Srikanth though will have a daunting task ahead of him as he will face off against Lee Zii Jia.

India also have a change in their mixed doubles line-up with Ashwini Ponnappa and Dhruv Kapila pairing up in place of Tanisha Crasto and Sai Pratheek, who played against Chinese Taipei.

It is exactly a year since their historic Thomas Cup triumph, and India finds themselves in a must-win situation to salvage something out of their 2023 Sudirman Cup campaign.

PV Sindhu and co. will have their task cut out as they take on a strong Malaysia in their Group C encounter in about an hour-and-a-half from now.
