Indian men's doubles duo of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty
French Open 2024 LIVE: Indian shuttlers will return to action as the 2024 French Open Super 750 tournament kicks off today.
Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will be up against familiar rivals Ong Yew Sin/Teo Ee Yi of Malaysia. In women's doubles, Treesa Jolly/Gayatri Gopichand will go against fellow shuttlers Ashwini Ponnappa/Tanisha Crasto.
In men's singles, Lakshya Sen will take on Kanta Tsuneyama while Priyanshu Rajawat will face Viktor Axelsen.

Viktor Axelsen wins the second game 21-15 despite some resistance from Rajawat and the Indian's challenge end here.
Viktor Axelsen has a 11-6 lead at the mid-game break and Priyanshu is looking at a first-round exit.
As expected, Viktor Axelsen won the first game 21-8. After the mid-game break, Axelsen gave no chance to Priyanshu and displayed his powerful winners to win the first game.
Priyanshu has done reasonably well till now against the world champion but he has been committing errors.
Nothing much to write about the decider as Lakshya completely demolishes Tsuneyama and wins 21-3 to book his place in round of 16.
A brilliant start from Lakshya who leads 11-2 with Tsuneyama clueless about the game. He just needs to maintain his composure to reach the next round.
Despite some discomfort, Lakshya wins the second game 21-15 and forces a decider. He was much better in controlling in shots in this game.
Despite Tsuneyama coming back with a couple of winners, Lakshya has done well to maintain his composure and lead 16-11 in the second game.
