And he converts it without dropping a single point. Sameer Verma beats South Korea's Lee Dong Keun 21-14, 21-12 in 54 minutes and advances to the next round!

This was brilliant from Verma considering he had lost both the previous encounters with Lee.

Sameer Verma leads 20-12 and it is just a matter of time now. 8 Match Points for India.

Sameer Verma now has a 5-point lead at 15-10. This should be more than enough to wrap up this match, I feel. 

Consecutive points post the break for Sameer and he has just strengthened his hold over this match.

Lee Dong Kuen is trying his best to hang on. But, Sameer has managed to thwart off all the threats until now. The Indian leads 11-8 at the mid-game break - the same margin as in the first game.

Sameer is just cruising along now. Lee has no idea what is happening. The Indian leads 8-4. Will this be enough to win this match?
