Kidambi Srikanth comes through in straight sets and wins 22-20, 21-15! The first game was really intense but Srikanth manages to stay in the medal hunt.

That's all for today - Saina Nehwal, PV Sindhu and Kidambi Srikanth are the only ones to go through in the singles to the next round.
