Triple Jump - Eldhose Paul hanging by a thread
Eldhose Paul has one attempt left but is down to 12th position. What works in his favour though is that he is the last jumper in Group A and he can decide his own fate with that final attempt. Group B is done with all jumps.
Sit tight, this is going to be an interesting finish.
Triple Jump - Aboobacker exits!
Abdulla Aboobacker exits the World Championships as well. He registers 16.44m in his final attempt and cannot improve further. He is placed 19th overall for now and is the worst performing Indian.
Triple Jump - Praveen Chitravel out of contention
Praveen Chitravel improves further to 16.49m, but that is not going to be enough. He has exhausted all his attempts and is placed 17th. That's the end of his World Championships campaign.
Javelin - Rohit fouls his second
Rohit Yadav fouls in his second attempt, but clings on to his 10th place. The Top 12 or those who break 83.5m go through.
Eldhose pushes down Aboobacker and Praveen
Eldhose's jump means Aboobacker is down to 16th and Praveen to 19th. One final attempt remains for all three Indians.
Triple Jump - Eldhose goes further!
This is some competition amongst the Indian jumpers themselves. Eldhose Paul goes 16.68m and is 10th overall now. Beautiful!
Triple Jump - 16.45m for Aboobacker
Abdulla Aboobacker improves massively and leaps 16.45m in his second. But is still out of contention as he stands 15th.
Triple Jump - 16.30m for Praveen
Praveen Chitravel registers a mark in his second attempt and has 16.30m against his name. Way off the automatic qualification mark and stands 17th overall.
Rohit Yadav gets 80.42m
A good start for the Indian youngster Rohit Yadav as he gets in 80.42m in his first. He is 10th overall and can go through if it remains this way.
Anderson Peters, Julian Weber Qualify for Javelin Final!
A massive 89.91m for Anderson Peters and he is through and also better's Neeraj Chopra's attempt. Julian Weber through as well with 87.28m.
Rohit Yadav is yet to take his first attempt.
