World Athletics Continental Tour — Silver — HIGHLIGHTS: The Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, Odisha lit up Saturday night with an elite roster of 198 athletes from 26 countries will competing across 18 key disciplines.
The one-day international competition, the first 'Silver-level' meet to have taken place in India, also featured 140 participants from 12 Asian countries.
Points & prize money
Top performers earned crucial world ranking points as well as cash prizes.
The winners pocketed USD 1,600, USD 1,200 for second-place finishers and USD 900 for third- place finishers.
India fielded its top athletes in almost all the 18 events. In all, the one-day meet witnessed around 200 participants, including 88 Indians.

The Indian athletes turned up and put on a show at the Silver meet at the Kalinga Stadium Bhubaneshwar tonight.
The Ancy Sojan and Shaili Singh rivalry lived up to its expectations with the former claiming the top prize. Similarly, Sreeshankar Murali delivered the goods in the Men's long jump.
The big surprise of the night, however, was delivered by Rohit Yadav who sent down a massive 87.69m throw in his final effort to claim the top prize in the men's javelin throw event.
Jyothi Yarraji's failure to finish in the women's 100m was a disappointment. Similarly, Animesh Kujur and Gurindervir Singh did not exactly light up the night in the men's 100 dash.
That said, India's hosting of its first ever a World Athletics Continental Tour — Silver meet was a grand success.

Out of absolutely nowhere, Rohit Yadav throws a lifetime best of 87.68s to claim the top spot.
Yashvir Singh finishes a distant second (82.94m) ahead of Sri Lanka's Sumedha Ranasinghe (80.29s).
Aadarsh Shankar (2.22m) nudges out Oman's Fatak Jaboob (2.19s) and Brazil's Thiago Moura (2.15m) for the top prize.
After two rounds, Sreeshankar Murali is the only one to have cleared the 8m mark.
Indian athletes dominate the event and Vithya Ramraj (51.96s) nudges out Prachi, while the veteran Poovamma finishes 3rd.
