India's Priyanka Goswami and Bhawna Jat finish 17th and 32nd in the Women's 20km Race Walk Final. On the other hand, the Indian Men's Relay team set a new National and Asian record but couldn't advance to the finals after finishing 9th in the overall standings.

Indian team knocked out in heats :(
Despite setting a new Asian Record, the timings are not fast enough for the Indian team to qualify for the finals.
The fourth and fifth-placed teams in the first heat both finished under the three-minute mark.
India finishes fourth in their heats.
The team of Muhammed Anas, Noah Nirma, Arokia Rajiv, and Amoj Jacob set a new Asian as well as National Record with a time of 3:00:25.
The second heat is set to start in a couple of minutes. India will be in Lane 2.
To qualify for the finals the Indian team will have to either finish in the first three in their heats or be the top 2 fastest teams amongst all the teams in both the heats.
