Mallala Anusha wins the women's triple jump title with a 13.20m jump
The 23-year-old registered a season-best jump of 13.20m to comfortably lift the title despite having four foul jumps.
She was the only jumper in the final to cross the 13m mark, finishing ahead of Nimisha Dayma (12.93m) and Bhairabi Roy (12.81m).
G Reegan sets new Indoor Pole Vault National Record with 5.30m Jump
He clinched the title with a new personal best of 5.30m at this first-ever National Indoor Championships of India, breaking the 17-year-old National record of Kuzhyyadiyil Paul Bimin (4.80m).
He is now the third Indian ever to cross the 5.30m mark and has now breached the 2026 Commonwealth Games mark of 5.25m.
