Indian Open Throws 2026 Live: Top Indian throwers will begin their season with the first national outdoor meet, the Indian Open Throws in Patiala, Punjab, on Saturday.

Two-time Asian Games Champion Tajinderpal Singh Toor will be the star attraction of the first day's action in the men's shot put final.

Deepika (Women's Javelin Throw) and Tanya Chaudhary (Women's Hammer Throw) will also be in action, aiming for a strong start to the packed year.

She attained a distance of 47.42m on her final attempt, but with the best attempt of 52.16m on her 5th attempt, she has confirmed her bronze medal.
