A fresh crop of 15 shooters has qualified for the Tokyo Olympics next year, including eight men and seven women. Indian shooters have been consistent throughout, proving their mettle at every tournament. Especially, the dominance in the 10m field is a reflection of the country’s depth in that particular area. For example, in the women’s 10m air rifle, Apurvi Chandela, Anjum Moudgil and Valarivan are currently ranked World No 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
