India finished their campaign at the Yasar Dogu Wrestling Ranking tournament with four medals after grapplers from the country earned three podium finishes on the final day. The 2020 Tokyo Olympics silver medallist, Ravi Dahiya bagged India's solitary gold in the event at Turkey.

Competing in the 61kg freestyle weight division, Dahiya defeated Golumjon Abdullaev 11-10 in a hard-fought final. The 24-year-old Dahiya was trailing by two points at some time, before bouncing back to clinch the yellow metal in this year's first Ranking Series. This win for the Olympics silver medallist comes as a revenge for the loss he had suffered against the Uzbek just ahead of the Tokyo Olympics.

On the other hand, the Tokyo Olympics fourth-place finisher Deepak Punia settled for the third spot on the podium once again after defeating Kazakhstan's Elkhan Assadov 7-1 in the third-place contest of men's 92kg freestyle.

The other two medals for India were also bronze, clinched by Aman in men's 57kg freestyle on the final day and by Gyanender in Men's 60kg Greco Roman earlier in the tournament.
