WPL 2025 Auction, UP Warriorz: Full Squad, Players Bought
UP Warriorz squad details for Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025 after the player auctions.
UP Warriorz had a disappointing second season of the Women's Premier League, missing out on the qualification for the playoff, and finishing the season with just three wins in eight matches.
The team has decided to continue with their captain Alyssa Healy of Australia, and will be aiming for their maiden title at the third edition of the WPL in 2025.
They have also retained their core squad from last season including explosive batters like Tahlia McGrath, Grace Harris, and Srilanka's Chamari Athapaththu, who came in as a replacement for the side last year.
On the other hand, they didn't retain the experienced opening batter, Danni Wyatt of England, and traded her to the defending champion Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
