Women's Hockey Asia Cup Highlights: The Indian women’s hockey team finished as runners-up after a 1-4 defeat to China in the Women’s Hockey Asia Cup 2025 final in Hangzhou on Sunday.
Navneet Kaur was the lone scorer for India while Zixia Ou (20'), Hong Li (41'), Meirong Zou (51') and Jiaqi Zhong (52') scored for China.
With this win, China gets a direct qualification for the 2026 FIH Women’s Hockey World Cup, to be held in Belgium and the Netherlands.
India, however, will have to go through the qualifiers.
