India lost to Australia after falling short by 44 runs in their chase. The Australians were limited to a meagre total of 129, but they made sure to make it difficult for Smriti Mandhana and co. to chase it.
India's batting line up collapsed like a house of cards as Deepti Sharma stayed till the end and contributed the highest, with a knock of 19 runs off 22 balls.
