2nd set: Calicut assert dominance, lead 9-8

Ajith Lal getting more and more into the game as Calicut assert their dominance. Confusion in Ahmedabad's ranks with none of them going for a ball that was eminently reachable. Angamuthu tries to take responsibility but hits his winner long.

2nd set: Calicut lead 5-2

Ryan Meehan commits his second service error as Calicut inch ahead in the 2nd set. Angamuthu ramps up his game, but Calicut have a 2-man wall in place to block him out.

Calicut Heroes win 1st set 15-12

Shon T John touches the net while hitting a winner  - Calicut have 4 set points. But the second referee intervenes to overrule the decision and Ahmedabad have their way.

They get to within 2 points of saving the set, before a block by Calicut lands just on the line to seal the first set.

1st set: Calicut lead 13-10

A narrow lead for Ahmedabad at the first Timeout before Ajith Lal gets scores level at 8-8. Calicut get into the lead at 10-9 with a block, before Angamuthu gets us level at 10-all.

Calicut seal the first super point of the set and they are looking like they'll steal the 1st set.
