Indian tennis star Yuki Bhambri, alongside his French partner Albano Olivetti, has successfully reached the final of the Chengdu Open.

The duo showcased a strong performance in the semifinals, defeating the second-seeded team of Ivan Dodig and Rafael Matos with a score of 6-3, 7-6 (11-9), completing the match in one hour and 31 minutes.

Earlier in the tournament, Bhambri and Olivetti, the third seeds, demonstrated their resilience by coming back from a set down to defeat Gonzalo Escobar and Diego Hidalgo 5-7, 6-3, 12-10. Their strong teamwork and determination were evident in both matches.

They will face defending champions and top-seeded French duo Sadio Doumbia/Fabien Reboul in the summit clash.

Fans are now eagerly anticipating the final, where the Bhambri-Olivetti pair will aim for the championship title.
