Sreeja Akula and Manika Batra are in action today in the round of 32 and round of 16 respectively.
The singles events of the Indian table tennis contingent came to an end with both Manika Batra and Sreeja Akula losing to higher-ranked opponents in their respective round of 16 matches.
Sreeja Akula, earlier in the day, became the second Indian paddler to qualify for the round of 16, when she defeated Zeng Jian of Singapore in the round of 32.
