Indian Table Tennis star Sathiyan Gnanasekaran has never failed to impress. Not just his die hard but also his opponents have appreciated his extraordinary talent and skills.
Taking some time off from his hectic schedule, Gnanasekaran took to Twitter and answered the questions that Twitterati had for him in a session hosted by The Bridge.
Twitter user Gopal (@gopal2790) asked Gnanasekaran about his goals in next five years and where does he sees the Indian TT in the same duration. The ace Indian paddler said he wants to break into top-10 and easily sees his team as in the top-4.
During the chat Gnasekaran said that he was confident of qualifying for Tokyo 2020 along with his team. Not qualifying in 2016 did affect them but they have only come out stronger.
Ashok M (@ashok_ash) quizzed Gnanasekran on the grass root development in Indian sports and Khelo India games. Gnanasekran said that the games are a great initiative which could help in nourishing a lot of young talent.
Prakhar 'Sports Nut' Sachdeo asked Gnanasekran on the sportsperson he idolized. And the answer was Tennis legend Roger Federer.
