In the opening round, the Indian team started with Singh scoring 9 points and Jatyan following with 8. Slovenia's Dejan then scored a 7, while his teammate Ziva hit an 8. In the second round, the Indian pair achieved consecutive 8s, while Dejan scored another 7 and Ziva scored an 8. As a result, India won the first set.

The Indian pair of Harvinder Singh and Pooja Jatyan will face Slovenia's Ziva Lavrinc and Dejan Fabcic in the Mixed Team Recurve Bronze medal match.

Kapil Parmar wins a bronze!

A momentary lapse in judgment by Brazil's Elielton de Oliveira allowed Kapil to capitalize and secure victory by Ippon.

With this India has its first medal in Blind Judo, Men's 60 kg J1 category, a bronze!
