Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha wins black belt in Taekwondo
In what would be an extremely proud moment for her, actress Raveena Tandon showed off her daughter's recent achievement of winning a black belt in Taekwondo. She took to Instagram and posted about how elated she felt at the thought of it with a picture of the mother-daughter duo along with the certificate.
Her daughter, Rasha Thadani, seems quite the fitness enthusiast given that she also took up boxing back in 2019 where her mother had posted a video about her working hard with her trainer. This seems a continuation of her hard work and dedication in her fitness journey.

Taekwondo black belts are extremely hard to attain given the process requires a year's worth of training in different fields such as self-defense, sparring, breaking, poomsae, etc. There are multiple requirements as per the instructor and the testing methods but ultimately it all boils down to self-discipline and hard work, both of which are crucial in martial arts. Moreover, the different stages that one needs to get by takes months of training and an immense amount of fitness to pass the test.
