In his tweet, he said, "I would like to contribute my one-month salary(Rs 50,000) to a farmer friend Hazari Putra Imarta during this painful time as my responsibility".

He had earlier tweeted that 10 acres of land cultivating wheat caught fire and the whole produce and his tractor had burnt to ashes. This nearly a loss of Rs 10 lakh and he further approached the government to take some steps for the same.
