DP Manu defeats Rohit Yadav by almost 1 meter distance to win gold medal at the ongoing National Games in Javelin Throw.

Athletics Update:
- Haryana comfortably takes the 4x400m mixed relay gold with a timing of 3:14.30s. Karnataka wins silver with the bronze going to Delhi.
- Vithya of Tamil Nadu sets a new National Games record of 56.58s to win the women’s 400m hurdles gold. Kerala’s Arathi R (58.57s) takes the silver while bronze goes to Karnataka’s Sinchal (58.74s).
