The 111th tie of PKL 11 saw Bengal Warriorz and UP Yoddhas draw 31-31 in a closely contested match at the Badminton Hall in Balewadi Stadium.

Meanwhile, Dabang Delhi K.C. triumphed over Telugu Titans 33-27 in a crucial encounter that boosted their playoff hopes.

Thriller Ends in Tie as Bengal and UP Share Points

In the first match, UP Yoddhas set the pace early, with Gagan Gowda contributing a Super 10 and Bhavani Rajput executing a Super Raid.

Bengal Warriorz responded through Siddhesh Tatkare's Super Tackle and Pranay Rane's two-point raid to stay in the hunt. Despite a competitive first half, which saw UP Yoddhas lead 15-13, the game remained tight throughout.

The second half witnessed a slow but intense battle, with both sides relying on the Do-Or-Die strategy. Nitesh Kumar's defensive skills helped Bengal Warriorz gain a lead after a Super Tackle and an All Out.

However, Gagan Gowda's Super Raid brought UP Yoddhas back into the game, and Pranay Rane responded with his own Super 10. As the match reached its climax, a late equalizer from Vishwas S secured the draw for Bengal Warriorz, leaving UP Yoddhas in fourth place and Bengal Warriorz hoping for favorable results to stay in playoff contention.

Naveen's Super 10 Seals Dabang Delhi's Win Over Titans

Dabang Delhi K.C. secured a vital 33-27 win over Telugu Titans. The game was tight in the opening exchanges, with both sides trading points.

Telugu Titans initially held a four point lead at halftime, but Dabang Delhi K.C. leveled the score early in the second half, completing an All Out.

With under three minutes remaining, Naveen Kumar’s Super 10 gave Dabang Delhi K.C. a crucial four point lead, sealing the victory.

While Telugu Titans showed strong performances from Pawan Sehrawat and Vijay Malik, it wasn’t enough to overcome Dabang Delhi K.C.’s late surge.

The loss effectively ended their playoff hopes, and they became the first team to be eliminated from contention this season.
