India, on Saturday, finished their 2023 Hockey World Cup campaign with a resounding 5-2 win over South Africa at the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium in Rourkela.
Abhishek, Harmanpreet, Shamser, Akashdeep, and Sukhjeet all found the net once in the 60 minutes to help India bow out of the World Cup on a high.

A good aerial pass from South Africa and they have completely opened up the Indian defence. Nilam Sanjeep Xess is the only defender in range and he seemed wrong footed as well. Keenan Horne, however, hits his shot wide.
