Women's HIL Highlights: The Odisha Warriors climbed to the top of the table with a 4-1 win over the Rarh Bengal Tigers in the 2024-25 Women's Hockey India League at the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium in Rourkela on Sunday.
Michelle Fillet opened the scoring for the Warriors early in the second quarter before Yibbi Jansen doubled their lead just minutes later.
The Tigers pulled one back, thanks to Udita's drag flick towards the end of the first half. However, the Warriors killed off the match in the fourth quarter with Jansen scoring her second and captain Neha Goyal also piling on the Tigers' misery.

5' - PC shot down for Warriors
The Odisha Warriors come on an attack and Lilly Stoffelsma earns them a penalty corner as the ball catches Udita's feet. The Bengal Tigers ask for a review almost immediately.
The Tigers argue there was a Warriors foot outside the circle and inside the 23-yard line which went unnoticed. The replays prove them right. The PC has been overturned and Tigers keep their review.

3' - Goal doesn't stand for Bengal Tigers
A good run and cross from the left by the Bengal Tigers, but Grace Stewart fails to collect it cleanly. It hits her foot and the umpire has spotted it. The whistle goes off immediately.
Stewart still slots the ball in almost simultaneously, but there's no celebrations. She knows it won't stand. So do the rest of the Bengal Tigers. Lucky for Odisha Warriors there.
