2024 Paris Olympics Day 4 LIVE: The Indian men’s hockey team posted a strong 2-0 victory over Ireland in Paris on Tuesday.
India came into this fixture on the back of a hard fought 1-1 draw against Argentina with skipper Harmanpreet Singh scoring at the fag end of the match to salvage a draw for his side.
And the skipper rose to the occasion yet again, this time scoring twice in the first half to help secure a win for India.

Against Argentina, India had the bulk of the possession but were just unable to break the defensive lines of the South Americans.
Also, India will have to find ways of earning more penalty corners so Harmanpreet Singh, who is red hot from, can work his magic.
