Newly appointed Kerala Blasters FC coach Kibu Vicuna, who recently led Mohun Bagan to their second I-League title, has initiated a fundraiser, along with his partner Kasia Biel, to help cyclone Amphan-hit West Bengal.

It was Kasia who started the initiative when she posted a video a couple of days back asking people of the state to stay strong. She also began a challenge wherein she asked people to draw "little houses", as a representation of rebuilding Bengal.

Vicuna accepted his partner's challenge, as he wrote on his Facebook page: "I accept the Challenge of Kasia Biel. All our thoughts and heart is with our people in Kolkata and West Bengal. I nominate Tomek Tchórz , Paulius Ragauskas and Mariners' Base Camp. Draw a house, add donation link and send some money to help our friends. #rebuildbengal."

The Spanish coach also appended the link to contribute money to West Bengal government's emergency relief fund and attached a picture of a house he has drawn.
