Savita Punia singlehandedly managed to keep the Dutch in check for long after that early goal from India, but once Jansen scored via a PC in the 54th minute, it all started to fall apart.
The shoot-out was certainly a disaster with only Navneet scoring for Janneke Schopman's side and there was a controversial decision as well as Bartensen seemed to have scored in the shootout after the whistle was blown. India did want to review this decision, but by then they had already used up their review for that call against Jyoti.
