India suffered their second-straight loss in the group stage, losing to Indonesia in four of five matches. Dhruv-Tanisha’s recovery from a set down to winning over Rehan-Gloria in the mixed doubles was the only silver lining for India in an otherwise disappointing show.
Hariharan-Ruban, too, played a close contest but failed to turn it in their favour against the Indonesian pair of Sohibul-Daniel.
The team will now be in action against England in the third group tie on May 1. India has already lost to Denmark in their opening tie.
