The Odisha team got the early lead through a mistake from Gurpreet which was calmly converted by Javi. Alan Costa equalised in the first half. Javi once again struck in the second half. This time through a peach of a freekick. Soon after that, BFC got a golden chance to equalise from the penalty spot. But Sunil Chhetri's penalty was saved by Kamljit. An onrushing Cleiton tapped the rebound home before the goal got cancelled out for his early encroachment in the box. Debutant Aridai sealed their victory with an injury-time goal. End of an all-round performance from Odisha FC.
