It was a must win match for Gonasika to stay in contention for the semi-finals and boy did they play like it. Nilam Sanjeep Xess handed them the lead in the third quarter, but Soorma fought back to equalise in the next.
Lee Morton, however, found the winner late in the match to ensure Gonasika pocket three full points from the match for only the second time.
