Overall, Indian boxers confirmed 16 medals at the event.
In the male 50kg category quarterfinal, Rishi Singh outclassed Polines Randy of Canada 5-0 to seal his place in the semifinals.
Rishi, who beat ASBC youth silver medallist Zafarbek Kamilov of Kyrgyzstan in the first round with superb technical skills, will eye for a spot in the final when he takes on Germany's Al Manouchi Mohamed in the semifinal on Tuesday.
Al Manouchi beat Phanuwat Punnakorn of Thailand in the quarterfinal.
In the male 70kg category, Sumit edged past Ross Malachi of the USA 3-2. The Indian boxer will face Gabriel Dias dos Santos of Brazil in the semifinal. Dos Santos beat Gyubin Park of South Korea in the quarterfinal.
In the male 90kg category, Hemant Sangwan defeated Italy's Aharon Corona 5-0. Hemant will face off against Rishon Sims of the USA in the semifinals. Rishon beat Eris Andi Lushtaku of Germany in the quarterfinal.
Rahul's victory in the men's 75kg quarterfinal against Japan's Ritsukiphilemon Obijiaku ensured that all four Indian male boxers advanced to the semifinals on Monday. Rahul won his quarterfinal bout by Referee Stops Contest (RSC).
Aryan (85kg) and Lakshya Rathi (90+) are the other Indian male boxers who have already reached the semifinals, confirming medals.
India will have a chance to make it seven in the men's category, with Krrish Pal (55kg) facing Joseph Turner of England in the quarterfinals on Tuesday. Krrish beat Redyahiaoui Mohamed Abdessamed of Algeria by RSC in the Round of 16.
Meanwhile, Supriya Devi Thockhom, competing in the female 54kg category, emerged victorious against Victoria Vergos of Canada 5-0. Supriya will face Leticia Brito of Brazil in the semifinal. Brito beat Shiori Yotsumoto 5-0 in the quarterfinal.
Supriya Devi became the tenth Indian female boxer to confirm a medal at the event.
