INDIA EXITS UBER CUP!
That's all from PV Sindhu and co at the Uber Cup 2022. They exit the tournament after a 0-3 loss to the women from Thailand. India started their campaign well with consecutive wins over Canada and USA respectively, but things went down hill soon.
A loss to South Korea in the final league stage match and then to Thailand today in the quarterfinals means that they exit without being on the podium.

AAKARSHI KASHYAP LOSES!
Chochuwong smashes and Aakarshi does not even move. She knew it was coming and had no real motivation to get there, though I doubt she would have even if she tried. An inch perfect smash to send Thailand to the Quarterfinals from Chochuwong.
Final Score:
Kashyap loses 16-21, 11-21 in 42 minutes

11-6

Chochuwong takes Game 1
She did put up a nice little fight did Aakarshi Kashyap, but Chochuwong takes Game 1 21-16 without much fuss in 20 minutes. Right then, the next game is where it all rests for India.
If Aakarshi manages to pocket the second game, we will proceed further, else this should be it for the Indian women's team in this year's Uber Cup.

Aakarshi falls behind!
