Indian badminton teams began their campaign at the 2026 Thomas & Uber Cup in Horsens, Denmark, on Friday.
The Indian men's team, led by Lakshya Sen and Satwik-Chirag, started the day with a 4-1 win over a tricky Canadian team in the first group encounter.
Later, the Indian women's team, led by PV Sindhu, fell short 2-3 to hosts Denmark in a potential virtual knockout encounter for the one quarterfinal spot.
