Indian shuttlers were eliminated in all four quarterfinals, ending their journey at the Thailand Masters Super 300 at the Nimibutr Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday.

Former World No.1 Kidambi Srikanth and youngster Sankar Subramanian conceded chances to reach the semi-final of the World Tour as they could not stay up in the fights against their Chinese opponents.

Rakshitha, the lone warrior in the women's singles category, also made a quarterfinal exit even after winning the opening game. She faced a three-game (21-19, 14-21, 9-21) defeat to Thai Shuttler Thamonwan Nithiittikrai.

In men's singles, both Sankar and Kidambi failed to convert their chances and made quarterfinal exits.

Kidambi faced a straight-game (17-21, 16-21) defeat to China's Zheng Xing Wang whereas Sankar fought hard before losing out a tight three-game encounter with another Chinese shuttler Zhu Xuan Chen.

Meanwhile, the brilliant run of the Indian men's doubles pairing of Prutvi Roy and Sai Pratheek K ended in the quarterfinal.

They also faced a very close defeat (19-21, 18-21) against a much experienced second-seeded Indonesian pairing of Muhammad Shohibul Fikri and Daniel Marthin.
