It was heartbreak for PV Sindhu against Tai Tzu-Ying but HS Prannoy showed grit to storm into the semi-finals of the Malaysia Masters 2022.

It's been a crazy day of badminton action at the Malaysia Masters Super 500 with HS Prannoy storming into his third semi-final of the 2022 BWF tour as he contested a great thriller against World No. 14 Kanta Tsuneyama of Japan and won, 25-23, 22-20 in a one-hour nail-biter!
However, it was heartbreak for PV Sindhu once again as she lost to Tai Tzu-Ying in a close three-setter, 21-13, 12-21, 21-12.

First up, it will be PV Sindhu v Tai Tzu-Ying!
PV Sindhu will have to cross paths with arch-nemesis Tai Tzu-Ying today again as they will battle it out for a spot in the semi-finals.
The World No. 2 Chinese Taipei shuttler leads 16-5 in the head to head against Sindhu and defeated her last week at the Malaysia Open quarters, as well.
It remains to be seen if the former World Champion can tame Dr. Tai today!
