The Indian shuttlers have enjoyed a decent run at the Indonesia Masters 2021, with PV Sindhu and Kidambi Srikanth entering the semifinals of the women's and men's singles section respectively. Earlier in the day, Sindhu's campaign ended at the semifinal stage as she went down to Akane Yamaguchi. Srikanth also lost to third seed Anders Antonsen in his semifinal later in the day. Their defeats end India's campaign at the Indonesia Masters 2021.
Only two Indians - HS Prannoy and Saina Nehwal, have won the Indonesia Masters title in history.
