Welcome to the live blog of The Bridge from Day 3 of the Badminton Asia Team Championships 2022 being held at Shah Alam, Malaysia!
With Lakshya Sen setting the mood for the tie with a stunning win, all the Indian shuttlers today played very well and was close to winning almost every encounter. Eventually, Lakshya Sen, the doubles duo of Hariharan/Ruban Kumar and finally Mithun Manjunath successfully carried India to a 3-2 victory against Hong Kong China.
Playing a lot of deciders today, India was in good form as they got their first win in this campaign and saved faced after a dismal outing against Korea on Day 1.
