In a bid to make history, Indian badminton sensation Lakshya Sen clashed with Viktor Axelsen in the finals of the All England Open 2022 and finished with a silver.

In a bid to end a 21-year title drought at the All England Open, India's Lakshya Sen took on World No. 1 and reigning Olympic champion, Viktor Axelsen in a fierce battle for the BWF Super 1000 crown.
However, Axelsen proved to be the superior player and humbled Sen in straight sets, who undoubtedly put up a good fight but eventually lost, 21-10, 21-15. Lakshya Sen ended his phenomenal campaign at the All England Open 2022 with a silver medal.
