Poorva Sawant jumped 13.25m to break the meet record of 13.16m and win the gold in women's triple jump.

Tanya threw 54.42m in the women's hammer throw to break the meet record of 54.21m. Mital and Grima finished second and third respectively.

Narpinder Singh wins triple jump men's.
Narpinder Singh of Punjab won the men's triple jump with a best jump of 15.60m while Pradeep Kumar of UP finished second with a best jump of 15.36m.
Dablu Roy of West Bengal won bronze with a best jump of 15.33m.
