National Junior Athletics C'ships: Sanjana Singh stars on day 4
The Haryana girl created a new U18 national record in the 1,000m race.

Day 4 of the 39th National Junior Athletics Championships 2024 began on Tuesday with a host of qualification events in the morning session.
Thereafter, in the evening session, multiple finals were in store with medals up for grabs in javelin, high jump, long jump and the medley relay races.

And that brings us to the end of day 4 of the championship.
The final day of the championship will take place on Wednesday.
The morning session will have Junior women's U20 Triple Jump and the Junior women's U20 Javelin Throw finals.
Thereafter, the evening session, which begins at 3pm, will witness a host of track and field finals in the junior men's U20, youth men U18, junior women U20 and youth women U18 categories.
