Multiple star Indian male jumpers were in action on the penultimate day of the 2026 Senior National Athletics Federation Cup in Ranchi on Sunday.
Murali Sreeshankar earned CWG qualification in the long jump, while Dev Meena and Kuldeep Kumar fought a thrilling duel in pole vault, followed by Sarvesh Kushare equalling his personal best in high jump.
On the track, Tejas Shirse and M Krishik fight it out in the 110m hurdles final, whereas later in the day, the men's 1500m winner was also crowned.

With a jump of 8.08m on his fourth attempt, he has also qualified for the Commonwealth Games.

The 30-year-old missed all three attempts at the 2.30m mark but has won the title, equalling his personal best of 2.28m and earning a qualification spot for CWG 2026.

Tejas Shirse edged past Krishik in a photo finish to win the men's 110m hurdles title
However, both athletes missed out on a national record or the Commonwealth Games mark.
